Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Exchange
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item due to size issues, defects, or incorrect orders, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- The item must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.
- The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for exchange.
2. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support at energryx-mile@outlook.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us within 7 days of approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.
3. Exchange Processing Time
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
- If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Underwear, socks, and swimwear due to hygiene reasons.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free exchange or refund as needed.
