1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within MALAYSIA and selected international locations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our support team for assistance.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available for orders above RM300 within MALAYSIA.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package via our shipping provider’s website.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at energryx-mile@outlook.com with your order details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before confirming your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.
