Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return the item under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for return.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us within 7 days of approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- If the item is found to be worn, washed, damaged, or missing original tags, the return will not be accepted.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Underwear, socks, and swimwear due to hygiene reasons.
- Personalized or customized items.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered by the customer.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
6. Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change.
Orders can be canceled under the following conditions:

Before Shipping:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and provide a full refund. -
After Shipping:
If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. In this case, you may proceed with a return after receiving the item, in accordance with our Returns Policy. -
Custom or Special Orders:
Orders for customized or special request items cannot be canceled once placed.
